About HRZ Work Environment Consultancy

HRZ was founded in 2006 by Bo Bergdahl on a modest scale. After many years of working with Human Resources—specifically focusing on Behavior Based Safety (BBS), risk management, Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM), and workplace rehabilitation (particularly within the Swedish Armed Forces)—Bo decided to incorporate the company in 2015 to focus on the business full-time. A primary driver was the desire to further develop his passionate interest in the field. Bo’s dedication, pedagogical expertise, and over 20 years of hands-on experience have been a vital resource for numerous companies over the years.
