What is a Work Environment Representative?
A Work Environment Representative (also known as a Safety Representative or Skyddsombud in Swedish) is an individual appointed to represent employees in matters concerning health and safety at the workplace. Their primary role is to monitor the work environment, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and advocate for the well-being of their colleagues in collaboration with the employer.
