What does "Section 6.6a" (6:6a) of the Work Environment Act imply?
Under Section 6, Section 6a, a Safety Representative has the legal right to request that an employer addresses a specific work environment issue. The employer is then required to provide a response within a reasonable timeframe, detailing how they intend to resolve the matter.
