What is meant by the physical and psychosocial work environment?
The physical work environment refers to external factors such as the climate, technical equipment, and ergonomic conditions. The organizational and social work environment (previously and often still referred to as the psychosocial environment) involves factors such as workplace culture, interpersonal interactions, workload, and social support.
