What is a Work Environment Investigation?
If deficiencies are identified in the work environment, the employer is legally required to conduct an investigation to pinpoint the root cause. Once identified, the employer must take corrective action. In the event of serious incidents or accidents, there is a mandatory requirement to investigate the underlying causes to prevent recurrence.
